Condition is Used, will show signs of age but overall has been well taken care of mainly to store clothes. The original scent of cedar wood is gone and may need to be restored but can be done, some of the wood is peeling at the bottom right back corner (but you can't see it because it's in the back corner against the wall) besides that the rest looks excellent! Hinges for this item still work without a problem or without making any creeks or sounds.
