Beautiful original brown tones with heavy duty wood slats and large iron corner/edge bumpers. Working iron 2 way handles on both sides. Piece sits flat and flush. Has large hasp on front to add lock as well as iron lid corner hardware that allows a lock to be place in the holes on each corner. Inside is empty with original liner. Measures approx 38.5" long x 19.5" deep x 20 tall. Made by Vanderman Mfg Company and has badge on the front with patent date of 1897.
