Large Antique Barrel Dome Top Wood and Metal Trunk 1800's With Tray Handpainted

  
This has been in my family since 1875. It has the original vibrant colored wallpaper inside the top. The tray and the rest of the inside have been covered in fabric--an ivory corduroy.

It was handpainted by a professional artist in the 1960's. Old leather handles gave way years ago and have been replaced with decorative cording. Wonderful place to store extra blankets.
