Fabulous Antique Primitive Blanket Chest. Approximate Dimensions 49.25" x 26.5" x 27.

Swing arm to hold chest open (I believe was added many years after the piece was constructed) but I could be wrong. One of the handles is missing-see picture. No indication of age or maker on the piece. Significantly Large piece that holds many blankets. Evidence of scratches, scrapes, dings, color inconsistencies, color fading, significant wear, missing handle, chips in wood, etc or anything due to age.
